Personal information is any information that can be used to identify you. The data we usually hold is your contact details but may also include contract data and registration.
What information are we talking about? Since we use Google Groups for our Forum and for our online shop we use Shopify to offer our services, data will be stored and controlled by these companies their privacy policies will explain how. See RD4 Ltd Information Notice.

Our services use Shopify, Google, Quickbooks and data is only used for functions of our shop, forum, newsletter and accounting.
